1. Our rights
All designs, artwork, product photography, page copy, logos and the overall look of pigskinstudio.com are the property of Pigskin Studio, operated by pigskinstudio, or are used under licence. They are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy our artwork, reproduce our product images or descriptions on another storefront, or use our branding without written permission.
2. Respecting the rights of others
Our designs are created or licensed for our own use. We do not knowingly reproduce third-party trade marks, logos, team badges, or copyrighted characters, and we do not accept custom orders that ask us to.
3. Reporting an infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trade mark, tell us and we will act promptly. Email pigskinstudio.com@gmail.com with the subject line “IP Notice” and include:
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed, with proof of your ownership or authority to act.
- The exact URL of the material on our site you are asking us to remove.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every complete notice and, where it is well founded, remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who supplied it. Repeat infringers lose access to our services.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
