Payment Policy
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All available options are displayed at checkout.
2. Currency
All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. These charges come from your bank, not from us.
3. When you are charged
Payment is captured in full at the moment you place your order. Because every item is printed to order, production is scheduled as soon as payment clears.
4. Payment security
Card details are captured and processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over an encrypted TLS connection. Pigskin Studio never sees, handles or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.
5. Declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Common causes are an address mismatch, insufficient funds, or your bank’s fraud screening. If a declined attempt still shows as a pending charge, it is an authorisation hold and your bank will release it automatically, usually within 3–5 business days.
6. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country on international orders. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Pricing errors
We take care to price everything correctly, but errors occasionally occur. If an item’s correct price is higher than the price shown at the time of your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
8. Fraud prevention
Orders are screened automatically for fraud. We may ask for additional verification before dispatching a high-value order, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
